ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human CD34 mAb
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with PerCP Rabbit anti-Human CD45 mAb (A25624,5 μl/Test) and ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22069,5 μl/Test,left) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human CD34 mAb (A25855,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD34 mAb
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD45 mAb (A22494,5 μl/Test) and ABflo® 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070,5 μl/Test,left) or ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD34 mAb (A25894,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
