ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb (A25079)
Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Cynomolgus peripheral blood mononuclear cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 450 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD3 mAb (A27177,5 μl/Test) and ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22069,5 μl/Test,left) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb (A25079,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
PE Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb
Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD3 mAb (A26283,5 μl/Test) and PE Rabbit IgG isotype control (A24172,5 μl/Test,left) or PE Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb (A26730,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit IgG isotype control (5 μl/Test,left) or APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb (A27950,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.

Flow cytometry:1X10^6 Cynomolgus PBMC were surface-stained with ABflo® 450 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A27451,5 μl/Test,left) or ABflo® 450 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey HLA-DR mAb (A26274,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
